Q: When will my account be charged? 

A: Your account is never charged until your order ships. If you see any pending charge from Happy Nappers or AS SEEN ON TV ITEM on your account prior to shipping, this is an authorization hold to ensure the funds are available so your product can ship without delay.

Q: How long will it take for a refund to reflect on my payment method? 

A: Once the return is processed, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your refund to apply to your payment method – timing can vary depending upon your banking institution.

Q: Will I be charged tax? 

A: Sales tax is collected in select states as required by law.

Q: When will my order ship? 

A: Your order will ship based on the pre-order date given to you at the time your order was placed. Please note: any products ordered along with pre-ordered characters will ship at the pre-order date. To take advantage of immediate delivery, we recommend placing separate orders.

Q: Will I receive a shipping confirmation?

A: Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Q: How will my order be shipped? 

A: Our standard shipping method is FedEx SmartPost. *Any products ordered along with pre-ordered characters will ship on the pre-order date when the complete order can be fulfilled. To take advantage of immediate delivery, we recommend placing separate orders.* 

Q: Do you offer international shipping? 

A: We currently ship to the US, Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Please note a $10 surcharge will apply to non-continental US orders. Additional import duties or taxes may apply, please check with your local agency for more information.

A: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price, excluding processing and handling. To get complete return instructions, please call or email customer service before returning.

Q: How do I return my order? 

A: To return an item, you must obtain a Return Authorization #(RA#) and return instructions. Please call or email us, and we will be happy to help you with that. Unauthorized or hand delivered returns will not be accepted.

What are Happy Nappers made of? 

The Cover and lining are 100% Polyester, and the inner filling is 100% Polyester Fiber.

How do I care for my Happy Nappers? 

Machine wash cold, making sure to close the zipper before washing. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Do not iron or dry clean.

How big are Happy Nappers? 

The Standard-Size Happy Napper is 20” wide x 43.5” long plus the 10.5” pillow. The Large-Size Happy Napper is 30” wide x 49.5” long plus the 16.5” pillow.

My child is in between sizes, which Happy Nappers size should I buy? 

If your child is close to the max height, we recommend ordering the larger size for more comfort. Plus, it gives them time to grow into it and use it longer!

How do I fold the Sleepy Sack into the Pillow? 

  1. Lay Happy Nappers™ Sleepy Sack Face down on a flat surface. 
  2. Fold the unit upward to allow the base portion of the character to meet the upper. Secure the two button snaps on the lower/upper portion of the character. 
  3. Flip unit over. 
  4. Stuff the body into the base of the character. 
  5. Secure snaps under the front paws to the lower base of character. 
  6. Happy Nappers™ Sleep Sack is ready to be used as a pillow or store away.
